That definitely tells me that you are not eating enough. That is probably the reason for the low energy; it's not enough to fuel your workouts AND your recuperation, putting you in an over-trained state. Increase calories and possibly reduce your workload a bit for a few weeks and see what happens. Make sure you are getting enough sleep too.
