full body workout
bench press
squat
1 arm rows
deadlift
pull ups
dips if i can due to the lack of energy
dumbbell shoulder press
sometimes some machines if i have lack of energy e.g shoulder press machine
3 sets, 8-10 sometimes mix things up with 6-8 reps or 10-12
