Default not having enough energy to complete workout

hii all,

Doing full body workouts and sometimes during the 2nd or 3rd workout of the week my weight tends to dip a bit or i can get enough reps, with this its hard for me to make progress, is i due to sleep, not eating enough or any other possibility's ?
