Short biceps help
What would you guys suggest for improving biceps development in case of a short muscle belly.
When I flex my bicep it rolls up my sleeve like a tought little knot, because of its short attachment to the tendon.
I have built up the brachialis muscle so from the side it does give an illusion of a passable lower biceps, and any tips or tricks are welcome. Its just my genetics and the kind of muscle attachment for the biceps i have.
