I put in rest time between sets, trying to be more strict with time to better track progression. I was a little gassed after 2nd set of Incline bench, accidently put bench at 30 degree instead of 15 that I usually do today so weight went down a little. I had a great pump throughout workout and was able to get 30 minutes of quality cardio postworkout. So far so good the the T-Alpha...
