Ok, for my rep week, my percentage us similar to my speed week. Just not really focused on how fast i move the weight, sorry of lie a demented version of conditioning. For deads out was around 61% of my meet max. Not heavy just hate reps...lol
The only thing that had changed on the board for me is bench. 405 for a clean solid rep, paused. Though I've done more since, should be about 420.
