Today was a good day still made some good progress

Squats - Warm up 1x135x5, 1x185x5, 3x255x10 (next session will increase by 5)
Bench Press - Warm up 1x135x5, 1x185x5, 3x225x8 (will aim for more reps next session
DB Incline - 3x65x10
Wide grip pull ups - 2xBWx10, 1xBWx9
Seated Low Row -3x110x10
Rope Extensions- 3x75x10
DB Bicep Curls - 3x30x10
DB lateral raises - 3x25x10
Rear delt raises - 3x25x10
Rotary Calf Machine - 3x135x10
Deadlift - 1x165x5, 1x205x5, 1x255x5, 1x295x5, 1x340x3 (new PR on Deads felt great)
Ab Crunch Machine - 3x75x15

Great session started a little sluggish was off from work so did not do my usual walking around, got to the gym after started squatting started getting a bit more into it. Though I was only gonna be able to hit 340x1 was my goal glad I hit it for 3.
