No. It's rarely easy to build muscle while maintaining weight. Food always makes the process easier.

With that said, if you eat well and get crazy strong you might be surprised.

My advice with all body composition questions is pretty much the same: focus on what you can control.

The things we can control are gym effort.

Maintaining weight is a big goal for you. Whether you can or can't build muscle muscle while doing so is speculation, but you can be proactive and get a lot stronger than you are now. This is what you can control.
