Most of the guys here seem to be just craaaazy strong.
bb benchpress @ 87kg 5/5/5/5/5 + 2.5kg felt pretty easy.
pullups @ bw 5/3/3 really suck at this
standing ohp @ 52kg 5/5/5/5/5 + 2.5kg
bb curls @ 34.5kg 10/10/7
dips @ bw 10/10/10/ might add weight next time.
And I really wouldn't worry - everyone "sucks" at pullups (not saying you actually
do, btw), and the only thing for it is just to do lots of them, or so I hear.
Weighted dips are awesome. Can't wait to get into some of those tomorrow, in fact!
