: 2 scoops on deadlift + accessory
I didnít sleep very well last night, but I went in to the workout optimistic. Luckily 300mg of caffeine had me kicking and flying through my warm-up in no time
Energy was sky high during deadlifts and stayed strong during BBB squats. Started to fade a little during GMs and Leg Press, but I got a second wind and decided to hit some calves, abs, and hip work.
Focus on the top set of deadlift was unreal Ė I could feel all the right muscles firing. Mind-muscle connection was solid on squats and GMs. Lost a little focus during abs and leg press, but regained it during calves.
Nice little pump in the upper back after deadlifts; hammies, quads, and glutes were very pumped after squats, good mornings, and leg press. Finished the workout with a little calve pump too.
