1 full serving Prodigy 10 min prior...sipped on bcaa's pre/intra/post

45 min treadmill 3.7-3.8 mph varied incline from 7-8-9.
Slammed protein drink with some EFX Karbolyn, still have some, saved it for emergency like this!
Got to work, realized I for got cooler athome....WTF!!!!!!
