Missed logging some sessions I think, I forget.

Today:

Squat
175kg x 3 x 2 sets (beltless)
200kg x 2 x 5 sets

No pain! I wrapped my upper hamstring/groin with a compression band (fairly lightly, ~25% tightness) on all sets, and that seemed to work nicely.

Bench
120kg x 2 x 3 sets

CG Bench
100kg x 10 x 3 sets
