Yes an no my best deadlift in comp was when I was a young man in my 40's I pulled a 675 from ground, but as an old strongman yes lol.

sandbag pickups: 200lb 10 times ran 50' last set
Farmers holds: 230:14 seconds,29sec,20sec,29sec,42 seconds
This week starts my last 8weeks training till show so will pick up the pace. Will start cardio 1st thing in the morning to up my wind, but will have to watch that my weight doesn't fall under 225.
