Not a bad day today felt decent on the bench after the break shoulder feels good too future sessions will probably make sure I go up slowly on weight progression.

Good day too good friend and his wife surprised by cooking me some ribs as a bday dinner and some corny B movie watching so a good Sunday relaxing with good friends helps.
