14,13,10 with 185
^ 3rd set was disappointing because I wanted at least 12 reps, maybe 13. Also wanted to do a fourth set, but I shut it down because I still had another big movement to do, the BTNPP. I haven't done high-rep benching in a while. It should be easier next week.
Push Press, Behind The Neck:
4 sets of 1 with 185, then 4 sets of 5 with 135
10,5 with 100
^ 2nd set was shitty, but my previous best with this weight was one set of ten, nothing after that, so whatever.
1 set of 35 with 45 (empty bar)
