Got a bit off track today with my workout. Was scheduled to do shoulders.

Warmed up with a 1x12 of 65lbs seated overhead presses with fat gripz.
5x5 85lbs seated overhead presses
3x10 dips
After that I got off track and went to arms. Decided I wasnt going to let a silly parachute stop me.
5x5 cable tricep pull downs at 65lbs
5x5 laying 40lbs barbell skull crushers
3x5 30lbs fat grip wrist curls
3x3 75lbs preacher curls with fat grips
3x10 25lbs side delt raises
3x10 fat grip 50lbs barbell curls

after that the fitness center announced that they were closing and I realized I got way off track. Back to the dorm for pullups to failure.
