Thanks, OMP. I will be steadily setting up faster. I changed my cues a bit recently, so I have to do a little too much thinking right now, but as I get the pattern down, I will be speeding that up and I'm sure you're right, it will translate to a bigger pull.
ANother thing that's a huge bonus is deadlifts do not affect my low back at all anymore. It used to take me weeks to recover from 95% and above, because I was always stiff legging them when it got heavy. But that 365 was essentially 99% of my best ever dead and I could do it again tomorrow, no question.
I know I need to increase my frequency with deadlifts, and this means I will be able to do that without my low back holding me back as it has in the past.
Just a lot of win lately. I'm very excited for the rest of this year.
