Thank you fellas!! Man, it's all coming together now! I know how to deadlift now. Push them numbers up JB. I think 405 is coming soon! More practice and I'm going to be ripping up big numbers this year. Count on it. Very excited. Two years of shitty deadlifts in the past now. haha.
JBPP week 12 finito!
warmups: nothing, was pressed for time and just wanted to rip into it anyway.
1x 350 (Dead easy)
1x 365 (was shocked at how easy this was)
3x 3x 315 (these were a little hard, though. Brought me back to earth a little)
Belt was actually messing me up a little and i was surprised at how easy the lift started was the only reason this looks a little hard. Weight was no problem.
That's it. 3 weeks of very solid form. Now just a matter of putting some time in. AWESOME.
Bring on week 13 JB. I could start it tomorrow, I feel so good.
