Yes, its a brown liquid. We will see. I am really more concerned with seeing how it effects strength. Thats what I look for when I read other logs. If you add more weight to the bar then there may be something to it. How you feel,look, or even scale gain could be a number of other things. If all things equal you got stronger, then it may be worth the trouble. The added benfit for my log is that I video all my lifts so anybody reading can be assured that I am not BSing.
