Gym Close.

Not a bad day as far as weights are concerned, but my hips and (right) knee are smoked right now. I'm going to try and do a lot of recovery work this weekend and continue to do so throughout the next week to see if it helps. If not I guess I'll be deloading the lower body. Not really sure what's causing my hips to be so sore at this point, process of elimination continues I guess.
