Optimally you would want to have a balance ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3. Healthiest is 2:1. Like 2g of Omega 6 to 1g of Omega 3. If you start eating more fish it will help the ratio.. anythings better than the standard american diets stats of 20:1.. very unbalance and unhealthy.
