3/1/13: 2 scoops on back squat + accessory day
Energy was sky high going in to the back squat top set; even after my back-off sets, I had enough energy for snatch grip deads, front squats, RDLs, and abs! My muscles were feeling a bit tired, but physically and mentally, energy was solid throughout the work out.
I was really focusing on keeping the knees out on back squats, but I focused on it a little too much, so I didnít stay tight throughout the upper back. Nonethtless, focus picked up back during SGDLs, front squats (after I dropped working weight), and RDLs. Focus was lacking on abs.
Nothing spectacular after back squats, but nice upper back pump after snatch grip deads, quads after front squats, and hammies after RDLs.
