DAY 4

Took my Juggernaut HP at 1715 and by 1730 I was pumping iron. The session was pretty smooth and now is time for a hot shower and some ice hot!!!

I mixed 12oz of ice water and 2 scoops of Juggernaut HP and I noticed that by minute number 15, I was ready to start lifting. Notice good pump, good concentration and good motivation. Felt some aggression during my work out but could be also the environment. Way too many JOE'S at the gym today. Let you know next time.

Strong awesome session. Feel good. Just need a protein shake and ready for bed. Lower body tomorrow. See you there...
