Today was a much better day still a bit tired from the shift change but felt much more energized during my work out. Did some regular squats with a lower max today focusing on more depth and felt much better adding the box squats and form improvement has been transferring over better in consistent low depth and better coming out the bottom.

I was supposed to do some deads at 70-75% max today but decided to keep it out for now switch up and keep the exercises I did last session just to prep myself for after my next 2 days off gonna start benching again.
