28/2 - GPP DAY!
Conditioning - 2x5km outside walks / jogs
Wrestling in the evening, got a bad turn and my right arm went numb. Nerve or some shit in my upperback or shoulder. Better now and will be Ok by tomorrow. Very tough training today, mostly mental.
