Critique my box squat
I tried doing box squats for the first time ever today.
Here's the video. Please critique my form or anything that you see wrong.
Noticed that this is a hard exercise. My question is: do I need to pause for 1 second at the bottom and not tense anymore or should I stay tensed the whole time?
Current: 107kg Squat, 82.5kg Bench, 130kg lDeadlift
Goal: 120kg Squat, 90kg Bench, 150kg Dead
