2/27: CBL day on bench + accessory
Ate about 3500 calories, 222g protein, 125g fat, and 400+g carbs
Major change was making ~100g of those carbs from minute-cook white rice. Limited the $hitty carbs to kiddie cereal + chocolate covered cherrie cordials.
Woke up matching the lightest weight I've been on CBL thus-far (170.8lbs). Looked around the same level of "tightness" - I'm so pale sometimes its hard to see minute differences.
Huh, who woulda known increasing carbs => decrease in weight. Pretty awesome stuff.
I've been on CBL for about 2 weeks now and no complaints! Probably will be increasing my intake of "clean" high GI carbs because that seems to be better (white potatos, white rice)
