Day 3

I used only one scoop with 6 ounces of water. Taste and ratio are on point.

Today was my cardio session. Did some run, jumps, and some more...wait for the video. There is no way I can explain that with words!!! Energy levels were high during the whole session. So far, so good. Juggernaut HP is meeting my expectations.

Hopefully I can load the video tonight...if not, tomorrow morning...hope you guys enjoy it!!!

Tomorrow is only 1 hour pool and about another hour in the sauna. I won't be logging training. I need a rest day after my meet and this past three days. But the video will make it up for it. Next training session is on Friday...day 4!!!
