Really hoping to continue on the path. With respect to bench, I've been trying to get a max equivalent of ~350 with reps. Hopefully try to get a new PR next week with 1 rep.

Cardio stuff
10 min rowing, 2300m

3 min walk on incline, 7 min jog

Ab stuff

Speed Squats
225x3x5 sets
315x1x5 sets

Front Squats
225x1...no fun. back was toasted from yesterday

No dumbbell sidebends, my lower back and obliques are absolutely fried. I think it's a combination of conventional (lower back) and then the DB rows without my knee on a bench - turned out to be an ab shredder.
