Was stupid and did too much, still sick, sore etc...

Conventional DL 225, 225, 225x8
Sumo DL 225, 225, 225x8
Mil Press 95, 115, 115, 115x8
Face Pulls 60, 70, 80, 90, 100x8 (these felt good and helped my shoulder that's been hurting
