Well I was going to do legs today, but it seems that everyone decided to flood the gym today. No racks open, or even any free weights. So mostly machines today. Yet more fat gripz. I feel the exercises getting easier with them, but not quite on pulls. Going to start alternating weeks with them on pushes, but keep on using them on pulls for the time being.
5x5 incline bench machine at 180lbs
5x5 flat bench machine at 170lbs
5x5 cable flys with 50lbs
5x5 cable tricep pulls downs at 165lbs
5x5 25lb dumbbell hammer curls
3x10 25lb dumbbell wrist curls
After that I lost fine motor skill with my hands and fingers, so I called it a good day for my forearms.
Weighed myself and im back up to 165lbs. Now its time to go finish whats left of the milk and my jar of peanutbutter. Yum.
