Deadlift - decided to do conventional today. My hips have been killing me for like 3 weeks, and after reading around a little I wanted to see if laying off of sumo for a little while would make the pain decrease.

Bent-over Rows - lower back was more fatigued than usual and made these hard
DB Rows - did these standing up with one hand on a bench...what an ab workout!
