Took Juggernaut HP AT 1330Hrs. Feel rush sensation within the first 15 minutes. Proceed to nice warm up and then…here is the routine:
225 X 30 (5 PLUS MINUTES BREAK AFTER THIS)
3 - 225 x 10
3 – 225 x 10
Sit ups (straight legs)
3 x 25
Hanging knee raiser
3 x 20
Took me aprox 1.5 hours; tired as hell but feel motivated. Juggernauts HP kept me straight and focus during the whole training session. Still a little bit sore from yesterday and today was not any easier. Will see how everything works out for tomorrow. Tomorrow is cardio/strength/conditioning outdoor session and I have something good for you guys (if don’t rain). I’ll be back!!!
