2/26: Woke up at 171.6 looking very lean and some improved vascularity. Ate ~400g of carbs last night comprised of bananas, frozen french fries cereal, girl scouts cookies

I picked up some white rice and am gonna try a "cleaner" carb after tomorrow's training to see if it has a different effect. Currently, frozen white potato french fries are my "cleanes" carb source..
