Hang snatch (below knee): 75x6,6 100x6,6 125x3 + 3 hang clean & press
Leg raises: 10,10,12,12,15
DB shoulder press: 30's x 10,10 40's x 10,10 50's x 8
Deficit RDL's: 150 x 6,6 180 x 6,6 210 x 6
Could've/wanted to do more, but my son really wanted to w/o with me (he loves doing circuits with me). So did a couple rounds of 4 exercises (30 sec on - 10 sec rest). Again, we could've/wanted to do more, but were short on time this morning (had to get ready for school).
