decided to work some bench, moving my hand placement around (I partial dislocated my shoulder back in 06 and some times it bugs the hell out of me, well here recently it has been. time ti find a placement to "hide" the pain. not the best remedy by this close to the week I have too)

finished everything up some band pressdowns, some shoulder work (DB's and bands) taking it easy this week but still feeling some weight..
Moving the hands around felt good, settled into a groove where the rings on the bars sit right inbetween my middle and ring finger, its where i felt the most powerful, and less pain at.
