455 to the 1/2 is a PR. It was cake. It'd have gone chest no prob. The 475 to the 2 was a different story. I should have skipped the 3 board press entirely. After that I was gassed. Clint has been harping on me to get my belly up,and keep it up. Today was easier than ever to do that. My only issue is that on my heavier sets, I don't sink m shoulders, and sit deep on my traps. To a lot of people that wont make sense, but if you bench in a shirt it should. All in all, I'm happy with the sesh. I cut the session short because I was done like a pork chop on a grill. I thought that I wouldn't be worth a shit today, as I put up a fence with my wife all weekend. No rest what so ever. To my surprise, I had a great session. Hopefully Brian will be willing to part with that shirt after the meet.
