2/25: 2 scoops on Deadlift + accessory day
Didnít sleep so well last night, so energy was a little low entering the workout. Once I got going and warmed up for deadlifts, I felt alright but never exceptionally energized. I rallied for the top set of deadlift but coasted through the rest of the workout. Fatigue set in earlier than usual today
Took some rallying to focus for the deadlift top set, but I was able to crush the top set with progression (440x6 on deadlifts). Focus on BBB Squats was decent but after that I struggled to maintain focus.
Slight pump in my hammies after GHRs, quads after leg press, and traps after shrugs, but other than that I felt sorness in the upper back more than I felt a pump. I was expecting better pumps considering how many carbs I had yesterday.
