Thanks SecondsOut. The back off sets pretty much jellyfied my legs...The speed squats weren't too bad since the weight was much lighter. The next squat sessions will be getting a lot harder from here on in. The 8, 9, and 10 reps per set are tough for me. Goal is to just progress even if it's one rep at a time.
