Default Thanks for the tips on elbow pain

Just wanted to thank you guys for the tips, a week or two ago, regarding elbow pain when I squat. I did more of a warm up on my upper body and arms today. Also, adjusted my grip with my arms and went a lot wider. Guess what - NO PAIN!!
