Lol, don't kill me Josh I'm only joking.

Anyhoooooo, I like the clean grip a LOT until I screwed my wrist over 3 weeks ago. Now I use straps and hold on to those. It's okay. I'd prefer to be able to clean grip but there you go.

In regards to the original question, there really is no ratio. The rack position should get easier over time, but it's still horrendous especially for anything over a triple.
