Default Another Squat Rep PR

So squat day today after a much needed day off. Didn't sleep enough last night...only got about 5.5 - 6 hrs. Felt somewhat sluggish throughout the w/o, but pushed through it and ended up having a really good one!! Will be dragging my ass all day though.

Squats (lbs):

BW x 10 plus some upper body, ankle, knee and core w/up and mobility.
125 x 6 plus some upper body, ankle, knee and core w/up and mobility.
175 x 6
225 x 3
275 x 2
work sets: 300 x 7,7,7 REP PR (added 1 rep per set)
back off sets: 225 x 10, 175 x 15 (these burned pretty good)

finisher circuit:
speed squat: 125 x 8, 8, 8
cable row: 115 x 12, 12, 12
DB incline: 50's x 12, 12, 12
BTN WGPull downs: 115 x 12, 12, 12

~75 min including w/up and cool down.
