Thought after 2 days rest and eating trash I'd come back strong but everything felt off and slow. Should have stuck to the baseline plan of 120 top set but pushed. I never felt fear of failing, it's as if my body would only let me push enough to scrape by.
Hit some singles to test the waters. My PB bench is a bounced 127.5kg POR so to pause it close grip on a bad day felt good.
Set-up in garage was off and the fact that the uprights swing back on the unrack makes it near impossible to keep my shoulders in tight.
Last triple PB was 105kg with POR grip, not sure when that was.

After a shit pressing day Saturday I knew today would be shit. 95 was easy, 100 pissed me off.
Farmers are brutal, there is absolutely nothing fun about them. Destroyed my hips, quads and mid back and obv my calluses.
Yoke I had nothing left for, my thighs were screaming just lifting it.
Watching 400kg yoke runs, 300kg total farmers and 180kg+ log clean and press made me feel weak and small ha.
