Sumo Deadlift + 2 Chains No Belt

8x1 160kg No Rest
Add Belt
3x1 170kg

Leg Curls

2 sets to failure

Pulls with the belt didnít move as fast as hoped, I was pretty trashed from the squats and beltless pulls though. Next wave is straight weight doubles. Squats went great, I have found what is likely the major contributor to my lasck of strength with the staright bar, it is all to do with bar placement. Last night I felt very strong
