Thank you. I really like the plan you laid out, my legs are almost never sore the way they were. The lingering groin pain isn't there any more, and I can't wait till my CNS just expects 4 plates+ so it just accepts it. I said a couple years ago to myself that my goal was 600-400-600 by the time I was 25, I'd love to see it!
