Thanks for the optimism man. My only concern is loss of strength/muscle from caloric deficit and majority conditioning w/o's. My diet and food choices are pretty sound ~80% of the time. I am dedicated to the cause though. I will definitely check up on your log.
No work out today, but helped my brother in law move today. Ended up being a workout anyway. Felt good to out perform guys 10 years my junior...ha ha. Bigger, stronger, and faster - right?!!
