Increase resistance
Increase Reps
Increase Time Until Cooked, keeping a steady pace

Session 1:
Feb 19th, 2013
150 lbs
14 Reps
113 Seconds

Session 2:
Feb 22nd, 2013
155 lbs
29 Reps
142 Seconds

Progressed well on all 3 counts!
Next Tuesday, Doc will increase weight by 10 lbs
As JB was daydreaming about squats today, I was daydreaming about technique and progressing on the back bitch.

Excited to SHFW on bench Saturday now with the Crew
