-1-arm cable pushdowns: 55x2x15

Felt really strong on the Hoist; usually reps slow down, but had no problems today - even hit 320 [1st time attempted] & that went up pretty easily too. Must have a great pump going-on, one of the guys there was looking at me & we talked for a bit & he was like, " holy shit, bro! " Arms had a thick pump from that Hammer curls.

Definitely feeling that I'm getting some additional "push" from Juggernaut HP..

Today's leg workout will be a game-time decision - felt a cold coming on last night & it's slowly getting to full strength. Maybe just blast 1.5 - 2 scoops and squat that cold outta me! Soo, if I don't post in a day or two - I'm laid out on the couch
