Speed squat (well almost). 465 + 120 pounds of chains. Think I could have hit 4-5, but haven't squatted for 3 weeks due to a cold.

Tracking close to, or over a 650 squat...age 45. Deadlift should be over 700 right now too.

Legit shot for 1750 at UPA Nationals.
