Tolopea is cheep as tuna but "wild NOT farm raised" is better than tuna nutrition wise.
Everything listed is great for Omega-3's and if your not a competitive bodybuilder or p/l any of them are great. Don't over think it if your a non competitive lifter/bber. The little difference between them won't change anything for you.
If it would, I would recomend Kangaroo meat or bisson as it has more omega-3 than any fish.
